0:33 - This channel has just solved an age old mystery for me. I had always remembered a commercial with a pink gorilla saying, “Bubblemint “, but could not remember what it was for. I thought maybe I had imagined it. Here finally is the proof that my parents were not slipping drugs in my Froot Loops.

Seems like all the indy stations had the same reruns like One Day at a Time, Different Strokes, Facts of Life, and Family Ties.

Forget 0:22 what about 0:35 that was always scary for me. BUBBLEMEEEEEEENT! (I later found out Pacific Data Images did the CGI for this ad!) I also agree the Board James treatment of Fireball Island is essential viewing!

Crest For Kids- The designs of the characters throughout this commercial look like pure nightmare fuel. Especially the designs of the berries with faces and the anthro toothbrush with sunglasses and a microphone. Happy Holidays From KUSI- The way those women are delivering the message, they sound like they were half asleep the day they filmed this message.

Diff'rent Strokes-Sam Mckinney was the series's equivalent to Cousin Oliver G.I. JOE Marvel Comics-iremember this issue..Battleforce 2K's debut wasnt depicted like how it was in this commercial The Facts Of Life-a cat fight shouldve ensued One Day At A Time-never talk about eating snails to someone who's feeling nauseous Sizzler-Stephanie Tanner would later take up a brief stint as a competitive eater Dow Stereo/Video-guy @9:46 may need to see a chiropractor

They’re call letters, not meant to be a spoken word. Kay You Ess Eye. All TV Stations on the west coast in the U.S. must begin with the letter K. The “USI” part comes from the fact that the station was a partnership between the United States International University (USIU) and McKinnon Broadcasting. Call letters can only be four letters so they went with KUSI. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KUSI-TV
