I don't think the snitch segment is worth complaining about tbh mate. As a board member of a historic car club, you don't get an entire club closed and blacklisted because of pictures of a car on a hoist. You and/or the club were clearly abusing the historic rego scheme and driving modified cars. If it's modified, it can be mod plated and registered under the classic vehicle scheme.

I don't understand what he was thinking during the entire build. There was barely a part on the car that was road legal. It was always going to get defeated eventually. You can't be flying around town on 37's with Nos tanks in the back and not expect to be defected. The car is a small monster truck. From my limited understanding there is no way that 80 series could possibly pass engineering. It's a comp truck.

Since this video was released , they’ve removed all past giveaway winners , the rig club subscription (which included monthly giveaways that haven’t been done in 6 months)and he has done the shifty again as there was a Daihatsu Ute being advertised as the next ‘rig’ to win and now all evidence of that giveaway and teaser vids have been removed.

You should do an 80 series level build but on a Sierra. So many people building huge rigs to a high level like the 80, particularly on youtube. Maybe a lwb one, make it ultra lightweight custom suspension and some kind of 4-cylinder with a turbo. I'm thinking project blinky (but finished) crossed with golden nugget from matt's off road. .... I'll keep dreaming haha

Keep it reet, the toyota nissan builds will hold their own, I would personally like to see a vintage series SWB build such as a Bundera with a hdfte or shorty patrol with a RB. I hope this doesnt come off wrong as i love building and using modified cars.... I really do think though that building a car with a 3link front end and then videoing it for the world to see wasnt the smartest idea... im going to sound like a hater which im not, long time watcher... but i think the thing to learn here is talk to engineers before you quote "fully legal 4wd" in the beginning of your build, or move to USA where you dont jeed to worry about Australian road laws. Im a mechanic man and love using fully illegal cars, but posting them on insta and youtube then getting upset about being caught is sounding very 2 standard. Yes i hate Australian laws but again if i was to build something like the 80 i would do it in USA or just not post it online for the world to see, simple. Again sorry you've had friends stab you in the back but again illegal is still illegal, same for me and same for you
