Highly recommend Gourav, he's helping me with renting a flat (which isn't even his primary job as he mostly deals with purchase) . Guys I tell you over and over again, do not live or go to Brampton! Top list of the most dangerous place to live! Do your research first. Big houses are more affordable in Brampton because of the fact that it is one of the most highest crime rate in the GTA. Most violent place in the city. Theft, gangs, dangerous driving, cars ending up in houses, litters, robbery, high homicides.. Canada Couple, if you really want to educate your subscribers, make sure you also tell them the truth. I am a canadian citizen in Toronto and its hard to see this because I know how messy it gets in Brampton. Actually, WE all know it.

Dnt buy in Canada, its dangerous for your pocket. Houses are way overpriced. You will be robbed. If you are really interested to buy then buy only in Oakville or Vaughan. The rest is all garbage. Specially Mississauga, Scarborough, Milton, Markham, Pickering, Oshawa and Brampton. These all are shit places.

Initially even I used to do the same mistake of flaunting fake accent and try to imitate them to blend in but I was once told by an American English Teacher himself that nothing puts them off like a person flaunting a fake accent and they sometimes rather make fun of you behind your back for speaking in fake accents with the natives. He told me that you just need to speak clear English without MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) and that's all that matters! Anyway, my comment was just on a lighter note so pls don't mind😉👍
