D15b7 non Vtec Don’t run more then 6-7 lbs or this will go BOOM. And forget about 450-350-250 hp. Be happy if you even dyno 180whp. That is if you want to keep it safe. Just get a good ECU and tune and get fuel mods, injectors , pressure regulator and it will work!

Robert Todd you can put a turbo on anything. Question is what ecu, injectors will you run? Is there room in the car for a turbo and piping? Will the clutch hold or need to be replaced. Should you do timing belt and water pump... so many factors and ways to do this properly or half asses. Yes you can probably do it. But does it make sense.... is the question.

thanks for replying back homie YES I JUST did timing belt 10,000 miles ago and water pump file injectors still thinking what to up grade it with and up graded the spark plugs NGK, NGK PLATUM, ROTOR DISTUBATOR NEW, AND STILL THINKING WHAT FUEL PUMP TO USE.. THE ECU I DONT KNOW what do you think or do you know somewhere I can look up for that issue?.. all clutch set is High torque going to put it in soon.. master cylinder, and sly cylinder are good.. and I am using a K&N air filter as well... next is gonna be the hole egsose piping..... I'm thinking straight pipping it... what's up?...

Robert Todd make sure there are companies that can chip or piggy back the stock ecu so they can adjust the fuel timing so you don’t blow the motor.

welp my car is pretty much perfect for a turbo. the ac blows warm and the power steering has seen better days. its in excellent condition besides the typical paint peel from that particular year and has had tons of stuff replaced on it. paid 1200 for it which is a steal imo for the condition it was in and the way it drives

Jordan Carter the downpipe is pointing out horizontally not downward, so no that would not work. We tried every way off camera and no luck

@@diiviinemedia The only reason I know all of this is because I kept the ac/ ps in 98 integra ls using all of these components. The parts are much more scarce than when I did it about 10 years ago but it can still be done. Hope this helps!

Cast iron manifold is the way to go with the Ebay turbo kit. The EBAY ram horns have never been reliable (in my experience)

Because then the downpipe would be pointed toward the block. it was welded clocked incorrectly and needs to be turned 45-90 degrees and rewelded to point downward for either side.

Bro, it doesn't get much more fun than a low boost setup on a single slammer. It'd be much better if you did a VTEC head swap on that B7 block, because VTEC really does make a hell of a difference, especially with boost, but I boosted my JDM D15B VTEC in my EJ8 coupe when I got it and even with a stock cam and valvetrain I would rev it to 9k rpm between shifts and on 10 psi with a bone stock block it made 208 whp on an eBay turbo kit and 450cc DSM bluetop injectors tuned on a chipped and socketed P28 ECU and Crome. I had a JDM Del Sol Si single cam trans (basically a USDM Si trans) and an Exedy stage 2 street/strip clutch. It would shame modified WRXs and Mazdaspeed 3s because it was so light. Once you get this car tuned you're going to have alot of fun with it. Seriously though Mike, I would suggest a Z6 head (or entire engine) swap ASAP.

go to a hydraulic hose and fitting place and have the lines made that go ffrom the compressor to condensor ... lol the ac compressor not the turbo .... had to do this for a gsr teg that had a similar setup ... turbo is fine with cold side of compressor in its current position . might have to get a diff downpipe and would also suggest gettting a molded for civic intercooler piping kit .

Honestly you might just want to go see about getting a custom manifold made that will allow you to keep ac. Or look for one from a reputable company. From what I have heard these cheap Chinese manifolds are pretty known for cracking. Would suck to make your whole setup around that manifold then end up with it needing fixing or replacing.

That manifold doesn't have a wastegate port? Looks like the turbo is supposed to be internally gated by the look of the exhaust side (small hole) so you might need a different manifold for sure

It has a port it’s just on another cast adapter that mounts between the turbo and the manifold, we just didn’t have the hardware for it yet

I had a green 95 civic dx turned to b18 and swapped to 5spd from years ago experience that dual loop header and that big turbo the header started to crack a lot up top and even wrapped the header. My Intercooler went right in kit from xsturbo.com was about 800 plus mugen sports gsr computer with hondata s300. After 10 psi the down pipe would blow off. Hope this helps and if ya have a email link I can send old pics of it from me owning it from 04-2010. Watching this video from my tv right now.

Weld a bracket to be a hanger from that header to the frame. Oh I didn't use that bs down pipe it came with had a extra bracket like on that down pipe and had a muffler shop custom make a down pipe and make a spot to weld the 02 sensor
