Dude... You really need to up your game. You provide almost no info about the room or property. You don't show or say the property name. I did see it (Amazon) quickly on the cart in the lobby. Whats the size (sqm)? Is there parking available? If yes, is it covered? is it included or do you need to pay extra? How much is the deposit? Where is it? What's nearby? Shops/restaurants etc. Your camera work is not great, to put it nicely. Most of the video is your face walking around the place. Rather than 5 minutes of you in frame, why not show the property? The gym, pool area, common lounge areas, entrance signage etc. You don't clarify what the agent is saying. Rather than just mumbling uh-huh again and again, you may want to slowly repeat back to the agent what you think she's saying, to make sure you're both on the same page, and make it clear for your audience. When the agent said something about "you want big... I will talk to owner." your video was fixed on the bedroom door/wall/window. Why not show what she's talking about? Was she talking about the sofa? TV? Fridge? The standard water rate is about 50thb per unit. The govt electric rate is about 5-6thb per unit. The 800thb she mention was what she spent as a Thai who almost never runs the AC. Expect to pay at least 2-4x that if you use the AC regularly.

I understood her fine. She said from one thousand up to "one thousand five" which is one thousand FIVE hundred. Pretty obvious she meant 1,500 and not 1005 (thats not an amount anybody would quote and nothing would be priced such a weird number).

In many Asian cultures, people have worn masks in public, especially in crowded areas, since long before COVID. They’ll almost always do this if they’re not feeling well. They actually think about others and try not to spew their germs inconsiderately. Depending on where in Thailand you’re located and whether it’s burning season, or not, you’ll either wear a mask or choke on the fumes from burning corn husks. So, the masks are not actually useless, at all … unless you wear one that doesn’t cover your nose AND mouth. 😉 But, feel free to ask your medical team not to wear masks the next time you’re having surgery. I’m sure they’ll be happy to indulge you … as long as you signed all the waivers.
