That's sweet. How did you do that sprocket and the gas tank on that bike

How did you get the brake to separate from the sprocket since it seems they are pressed on.
@billwhite6592 жыл бұрын
The Brake hub is threaded so it will unscrew.

How did you make the middle Sprocket
@lrod236 жыл бұрын
Dexter Jones the sprocket came with the 80cc kit. First I drilled holes ont he belt/drum brake and bolted the sprocket to it, didn't work since it would Un-screw the drum when peddling. I ended up sanding down all the shiny parts where the sprocket meets the hub and used 90amp welder to weld the sprocket to hub. The welding is bad but it still works .

Is that sprocket connected to the rear brake
@billwhite6592 жыл бұрын
Bolt or weld to brake hub with one or 2 spacers for chain clearance. The Brake hub is threaded so it will unscrew.

Bolt and somewhat welded the drum brake, the drum brake is threaded and would tighten as you pedal.

Do the peddles keep rotating while you are driving like a fixed wheel bike?

Hello. A question. Where did you get the triple rear sprocket? Online or did you make it? Thanks.

does the rear brake still work good?
@lrod236 жыл бұрын
The rear brake still functions but I don't think does much stopping, its mainly the front that seems to do most of the stopping.
