Any tips on what to do if the white plastic piece that rotates inside the throttle mounting clip and handle is just a little bit bigger diameter than the aluminum bike handlebar? Mine is and so then the handle wiggles a bit when holding on to it riding. Its technically ok but unnerving. You could for instance wrap some electric tape around the bar before slipping on the plastic handle, but that would no doubt gum up and stick eventually especially on a hot day.

Looking for help here , new to the engines. Got new kit and it ran great for 3 miles, blew the piston running too lean. Replaced piston and reassembled everything. Now bike will start but no throttle response. I’ve taken the throttle cable , assembly and needle apart 5 times. Slot and washer are lined up correctly, carb choke is open . Fuel is going into the carb. Still doesn’t respond when throttling . WTH ??? Anyone care to help? Thx!!!

How to I install the piston clip so that the piston rod stays in play? The engine I have is a zeda triple 40

Hi! I will use needle nose pliers. Hold it in the center, put the open end in first, compress the clip and guide in the back end. Make sure it is in the groove. Flip over engine and repeat. Verify that both clips are secure by lightly pressing on the rod from each side to see if it stops. Hope that helps! Happy building

CDH power sprocket hub. #1 upgrade.

Piston bikes makes a solid 1.25" hub adapter. No one else makes them for that size it seems.. not ever shims.

@@jaayse I just looked through all the parts that are related to sprockets from Pistonbikes.com and they sell 2 hub adapters, 1.5 and 1 inch, there was nothing about a 1.25inch hub adapter.

@@jaayse I have an inch and a quarter I bought years ago and I can't find any more since then. The inch and the quarter are BMX hubs
