Sometime after 1986-87, movies from Orion Pictures became exclusives on the Showtime network (HBO's competition). Since my parents could only afford to pay for HBO, movies like Robocop or Silence of the Lambs were video rentals.

Except for Grace Unplugged which aired on Disney Channel (HBO’s other biggest rival)

R rated movies should be treated like X rated movies...absolutely no people under 18 viewers allowed. Movies should be rated G ,X or R nothing in between.kids are going to pick this up in their knowledge sooner or later.XandR are sex and violence.extreme.
