Back in 2019 I almost bought a model very similar to this. The same color as well. Beautiful car, looked so damn cool and even came with some spare parts for the interior. While I think they are works of art and awesome cars I wound up getting a '98 Honda Civic at the time because finding big and affordable parts for that Nissan would've been impossible and I was looking for a long term ride. The one in this video is an absolute time piece.

I've owned 2 1986 nissan 300zx. This video makes me want to cry and run out to get another one. A true 6 cylinder crotch rocket, at 140 mph it still had some left. Peace from Northern Michigan.

Unfortunately sold one, wrecked the other one. I also had 2 1984 subaru xt coupes, but my first car was a 1968 Plymouth Barracuda fastback that I got for $100. Guess I just loved sports cars, at 67 I gotta get me one more before I go lol. Take care John.

I remember from 1989 to 1994, being told Japan is 10 years in the future, and people talking about "Tokyo at night." Back in 2018, I realized that those people had at least one picture of Shibuya Crossing. I wanted to visit Japan in 1989, because the 300ZX Twin Turbo came out, and to 80s kids, turbo power sounded like magic. Twin Turbo sounded even more magical.

When i was growing up my dad had a 87 maxima looked really similar inside. The dash and radio really brought me back. And the seat sounds holy shyt. He had a 5 speed and would do burnouts all the time for me. I miss that car.

The bell sound when the door is opened brings back some memories. My parents had a first gen Nissan Terrano 4×4 and it had just the same bell sound. That car went to Africa like 10 or 12 years ago and probably continues driving there.

It does and with far better ergonomics and superb visibility. My Z31 was the best car I've had in that regard. If a car behind you is blinding you with their headlights, you can lower the side mirrors with two fingers in seconds. Plus headlight washers, heated side mirrors, steering wheel radio controls made of metal. The turbo would squash hills. It was all great stuff.

That is one reason I never remembered the Z31 300ZX when I was younger. The exterior was very similar in design to many other 1980s cars. The Datsun was distinctive, and the 300ZXTT was distinctive.
