You can tell he's really confident... which is a good thing... probably. Yes, it's a good thing, 'cause if it wasn't for his confidence, he would have never won two Oscars. So, here's a lesson for you kids: be confident. Think very highly of yourself and your work.

To me, he doesn't appear self-confident that much. But he is full of emotional richness and inhabited by the conviction that his acting will help to deal with shadows. That's a true comedian. Playing for him is also a way to deal with life. It's not a shallow thing. Watch Punchline, that's pretty accurate.
