Wait or go 😑 honestly I had kinda the same experience with school salon, I booked a appointment and I just wanted a trim, so I booked my appointment online and I get there waiting and noticed they are a bit behind, so the hairstyles comes to me and is mad and is like "oh with a trim you have to have a wash and style, so when you booked your appointment you should have added a wash and style, you are the reason why the timing is thrown off" 😑😑😑 🙄 I was like oh ok I will reschedule, so I just left out and one of the baber's ran out and was like did you want to reschedule, I just said oh I will reschedule online I never did, if a trim has to have a wash and style then they need to have the booking website set up to already have that included automatically 🙄. Anyways that was awhile ago and the beginning of this video reminded me of it 🤣, now let me go ahead and finish getting ready for work 🤣

I use to watch Mo’s video and she gives lots of information but my hair type is not like hers and a lot of her tips didn’t work for me. If I went to a salon to get my hair done and my appointment is at 12 at 12:15 I’m walking out if I’ve not been started or apologize to. Time is money for everyone and respect is earned not given. A lot of the people that rave about Mo either have hair like her or have hair envy and want hair like her. When a person shows you who they are believe them!!

This is why I do my own hair.I get tired of the drama, pettiness... and most of all the overbooking. I've seen walk in clients grease the hands of hairdressers on my appt time and is serviced before me. I went to a male stylist once just to get my hair trimmed. The stylist was trying to make as much money as possible since it wasn't a full service.He wet my hair for the trim and charged 3 additional dollars for the water. That was my breaking point...the last straw. I know there's some great hairstylist that cares about the appearances and nutrition of the hair like yourself... but stylists like you are hard to find...which is very sad. At 56 years old I'm tired of shopping around.

It seem like Mo just doesn't have the people skills to be a stylist. This isn't the first time I heard about her being rude to a customer. I also heard that she made a snippy video regarding her hair care line. Many people had reviewed her products and said they didn't like how their hair turned out. Mo accused them of not using her products correctly. So I have a suspicion that the girl that reviewed the products in this video was being paid to give a positive review.

So it’s actually more like naming your child Divine or Journey both of which I’ve heard in the African American community. And there’s nothing wrong with that those are beautiful names and it has the same idea as naming your child Performance. And hell in Hollywood they’re naming children Apple and Blue Ivy. Performance is nowhere near that strange. Edit: I forgot about Rumer, North, Saint, Psalm, Sir, Chicago and Kulture! All names of children in Hollywood.
