Hey there I would recommend watching wig reviewers who have alopecia or who have shaved heads to see how they keep them on. Wig grips and adjusting my straps work for me but someone with hair loss will be able to give you more advice. WigsandWanderlust has a shaved head.

I am loving this wig. It is my exact hair texture - about 3b. I wish I could find this exact wig in a headband with a honey blonde highlight to match my pre-chemo hair.
