Sir you are the best explainer teacher amongst all others. In my last 4 export sales as merchant exporter, the CHA, in the name of Customs officer, was raising question of over priced as it was 2.5 to 3 times of my purchase price of bearings, couplings etc. One of your lectures helped me clear the export valuation concept. And I decided NOT to claim any duty drawback and even RODTEP to avoid any query from Customs. In this case, can I still get GST input credit benefit on Purchase of goods for export? Because export valuation is done to decide value for duty draw back, DEPB, input tax credit and export duty. Here, by input tax credit you mean GST paid by me on purchase of goods for export?
