How deep are the blue nose over there? We call them blue eyes here in western oz and get them over 350m and deeper. As you said their favourite snacks a slow pitch jig

Yeah, we called them bluenose over in nz. Great eating fish. Yeah, usually over here. You can catch them anywhere between 250m to 550m. Usually, we use bait, but the slow pitch jig did so well.

@@extremefishingnz4314 yeah ok I’ve only ever caught one on a slow pitch jig. Where I go. They are a by catch to hapuka which is always good. Can’t wait to get over to NZ soon would be looking forward to getting into them over there
