Hello Luke! Thank you so much for your videos. I really like the way you speak and tell stories. I can understand you pretty good however I can't speak English( I have anyone tha I can speak with 😢) I use to listen to your podcasts when I take a walk or when I do chores. I'm 63 and I hope to speak English one day. All the best for you and your family. Greetings from Italy.

I could learn about the Undergrounds in Paris, the good books and I thought absolutely amazing the last story about the extinct birds and the sad end. Teacher Luke you are simply sensacional. Thanks a lot for your podcast. By the way your father's book is it incredibly wonderful too.

That’s my first comment though I have been listening to you for about 3,5 years. You are absolutely great, Luke!! Funny thing is that when I listen to you, in my head you look like Mark Carwardine (I had a chance to work with him in one team and your voices are kind of similar), when I watch your KZbin I’m always amazed you look different 😅😅. So stupid of me , sorry! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE your podcast!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍 Congratulations on your second baby 🙏🏻🙏🏻 all the best to the family ❤️ Can I ask one question? I would like to practice my English, so if there is anybody who is interested in chatting from time to time I’d be grateful 🙏🏻 (I’m Russian and now Russians are not much welcome I guess… so I mention it before someone contacts me and probably could be disappointed later…). Anyways, live a comment if you are happy to practice English🙂 thank you Luke 🙏🏻

Hello Luke. I met you three months ago, and I haven't stopped following you here (KZbin) and on your website. I am Brazilian, I live in Recife, capital of Pernambuco (northeast region of the country). I'm preparing for the IELTS test, and I love the topics of the podcasts and the relaxed way with quality content that you do. My teacher even pointed me to other podcasts, but anyway, I'm happy here....kkk My family and I are immigrating to Canada soon, and it has been wonderful to make this journey, following your content (both the oldest and the most recent). Congratulations and thank you !!!

Hello Luke!!! This 3-Hours Ramble was the most beautiful episode. I´ve never traveled to Paris, so while you told us your moment about your daughter´s passport, I looked at the Korean Restaurant in the Rue Saint-Anne, I walked on the street and went to the Fountain, where you read a book, with street view on google maps. It was a pleasure. Thank you Luke!!!

I am a teacher of English , i have been teaching for a long time , though i have never studied in the “English speaking “ counties but had a chance to listen to it by ear over the radio or on TV . And while going to school i always thought of something different to begin the lesson with, not with the written in the plan but what was seen on my way to school . And i also liked my pupils to tell everybody in the class about their way to school.
