I'm paraphrasing here when Eric said some of the audience got used to it and wanted to see this is awesome, high risk maneuvers and we didn't see a lot of that .... I'm saying thank God we didn't see a lot of that! The only thing I want to see more of is getting back to finishers actually finishing, except on rare occasions on big ppvs when top top guys will kick out of them. Other than that, a finish is done, the match is done. Regardless of the opponent.

I lobed Gunther vs Orton here. Orton' Orton gets some crap for being boring sometimes, but he really went out of his way to sell Gunther as a badass and the little things he did just made it for me. The post match promo by Gunther of just shutting the "You deserve it" chants down as a heel was great. This guy knows exactly who he is and how to get the crowd to react how they're supposed to.

Crazy concept- less than 3 hours, babyfaces sell in matches and gain sympathy, logical matches and finishes, matches looked like struggles and athletic performances, and they saved the big table spot for main event rather than do same or similar spots in every match leading to main event- I'm sure we will get the same in the 5 hour show tonight

The reason "heel" Liv Morgan isn't working is because the fans actually agree with her at this point. She was put on the shelf by a heel Rhea months ago, and now that Liv has returned to get her comeuppance storyline-wise, Rhea actually got hurt in a segment, and the fans are behind Liv all the more. They are trying to force a heel gimmick onto someone who was only getting even with a heel that put them out. For years we have been having Becky and Charlotte and Bianca and Rhonda thrown in our faces while these other talented women were ready to step up. It's absolutely no surprise that the fans are behind Liv even if the figureheads are trying to tell us we shouldn't be. Triple H and creative need to lean into this, the fans are ready for Liv.

I felt every match but the women’s championship match were very predictable…those Saudi PLEs are usually pretty straightforward so it was a descent show but I’ll be glad to get these international shows out of the way

I'm torn about the Randy/ Gunther ending being planned or not. Mainly because WWE did not show that front angle of the finish ever again. They only showed it from the back, and I have a feeling someone got into Corey's ear and told him to not mention seeing the ending again because he wasn't sure about his shoulder. But what I do know is the ref is probably going to get a $1000 fine for Randy's shoulders, just like the ref did during WrestleMania when Becky pinned Rhonda and her shoulder was up.

For a ple event in Saudi Arabia hosted by WWE with only 11 top card matches have to say it's match was perfectly executed it wasn't too surprising to see NIA Jax and Gunther becoming king and queen of the Ring bus getting title shots at SummerSlam in the big breaking news for SummerSlam 2026 and all the other bells and whistles added to a fantastic ple a event it was just we'll put together and the storytelling was Epic

The issue is that Orton and Gunther are on separate brands atleast for now so as far as a rematch it might be awhile.Unless they start to forget about the "draft rules" again already..

Very solid PLE. Overall all I give it 7.5 out of 10. There wasn't a bad match. Saudi shows are a lot better when they first started going there. I had no issues with Liv winning Title but I wasn't crazy about Dominik talking to Liv backstage afterwards. Dominik should have just given her a look & walk away. Less is more. Liv shouldn't be a placeholder Till Rhea returns. This can work still. Dominik should keep trying to get Liv to lose but it backfires every time. Build it to SummerSlam where let's say Rhea wins MITB if she is ready where Rhea announces she will cash in at SummerSlam to face Liv for the Title. It's SummerSlam where late in match there is a ref bump where Dominik instead of helping Rhea, double crosses Rhea & helps Liv retain. Liv & Dominik kiss. Dominik would get more nuclear heel heat. Rhea losing doesn't hurt her as she is over huge. Liv needs this more to solidify her as a Top star. Liv needs to hold Title till Royal Rumble.

Hoping im wrong but worried Randy may have gotten a legit injury. The reaction from a fairly low level move I noticed. He acted legit hurt. The announcers were saying it was his back yet he was selling the knee. Not a good sign. Some of the looks etc to me showed legit pain. I have been watching for over thirty years and that was a real injury look etc. Randy is also a vet so may be sellinf like a million bucks also. Like I said I'm hopeful I'm wrong. Beyond that and the the shit pin I liked this. It was trying to show Gunther is not just a powerhouse but smart in the ring and scouts his opponents. Gotta set up his future title run.

If you are fan of professional wrestling it’s not even close. KOTR was way better than Double or Nothing. Apart from the odd match AEW PPVs belong in the circus not a wrestling ring. AEW may at times be entertaining, but they are not giving us the art of pro wrestling. No story, no psychology, no selling. I have tried watching and enjoying their shows they just don’t draw me in and make me want to invest my time in their product. Not saying WWE are perfect - they put out some shit too, but for the most part they have better stories and characters that I can invest in long term, and i generally find their matches more compelling and believable as an actual contest.
