I’m about to hit the road in June next year. I’m an excavator bobcat final trim operator with other tickets( dozer, loader,backhoe,roller). How do you go about looking for Work while travelling?

Stop in any major mining town and you'll have so much work available. However all over Australia there are places crying out for qualified people. Whenever the money gets a bit low - call ahead to places on your planned route to suss out what's available. You'll have a great time and won't have any trouble picking up work when you want it
