@@pobi_4843 what does that entail? Would videogames help? Any other excersises I can do to prepare?

@@Gawain_7 I just passed my pre joining fitness test for the fleet air arm as an aircraft engineer it was the last test and I am set to join on the 23rd of June. My advice would be to read up on the navy and current events and focus on your fitness so this means do alot of runs. Video games WILL NOT HELP your spare time should be spent reading up on the navy in preparation for the interview. First thing you should do is go to your nearest royal navy office you can do this by googling the location of it.
