I was wondering what you use to free up old gasoline engines that are stuck. My family and I are currently in the process of restoring a Farmall H and have tried multiple things but can't free the engine

that 806 LP has got to be quite a rare collector tractor... as is the Twin City MTA , here in Manitoba , the Case model D tractors , there are a few of those around still. Nice finds , and thank you for re - homing them , plus the fellow where you bought them , good on him for selling them towards the collector market.

They made 8000 806 standard/wheatland tractors total. I'd guess 10% of those or less were made in gas. And probably less than 80 in LP.

I grew up with an 806 Gas as our (5 bottom) plowing and disking tractor. Ours had square fenders, 3pt fast hitch, and PTO. Hopefully you can get yours running. No one had propane tractors around us, and gas started better in the winter time which we had a lot of around here.

That Twin City is definitely a rarity! Very collectible. Bet Squatch 253 would like a crack at that. He’s an early M-M collector and restorer…

Great job, put many an hour on a an 806, but it was run of the mill Farmall diesel. Dry land LP gotta be limited to how many still exist…keep em comin🇺🇸

I remember those days when the 806 was new. Propane was dirt cheap years ago, there were a lot of Propane tractors. I bought a new 806 toy tractor at the IH dealer in Elizabeth, Colorado. Seems like it was almost $5.00. You got some grand projects here. Too bad the Case is froze up. Hopefully you will be able to get them all running. 😊😊

That Case D Standard is very similar to the DO Orchard models. In fact, here in NE WI they were used interchangably in orchards and on the farm. The brakes are locked up on it.

Cool find my Freind ,When I was young local elevator did custom fall plowing pulling a nitrogen nurse tank pulling 5/16s with 806 LP ,Twin City and a old Abe CASE is cool ,cool story pulled a JD 3020 out of salvage yard engine stuck no fenders seat ,,rousts old dog ,pulled in my shed ,tore it down put in new main rod bearings ,rings and gasket kit found used fenders seat out of a junk JD7700 changed fluids got it running repaint had less then 1200 dollars in whole tractor Ran it for two years around farm sold it for 6100 dollars ,Who says ya can’t teach a old dog new tricks ,just some time and elbow grease and a little money can’t fix

You’re correct. First 806 gas/LP I’ve had. Mostly 706 gassers around. C263 would still fit in it though.

i have a running , restored 1937 MM model KTA gasoline engine tractor on rubber paint color is grey , rims & spokes red. Top rad tank says Waterloo , as i understand it , & how it was explained to me , majority top rad tank says Twin City , manufactured for the US market... a certain number produced under contract to be sold up in Canada wer Waterloo ( a deal with Waterloo machinery company from somewhere near Toronto , Ontario, Canada.

if I recall the series correctly there were 3 models MM Twin City FTA KTA as well as MTA , can not recall at this time which were the smaller as well as higher horse power ratings. Certainly rare , and collector worthy. Hoping you manage to get all 4 tractors running , the 806 , the Case D as well as the Twin City

FTA was largest. MTA and KTA were the same just MTA was row crop. At least from what tractor data says. Case D shouldn’t be too hard to revive. Twin city will be the hardest. 806 LP is the one that excites me the most.

We had a tractor shed fire back in October and lost 2 tractors. One was my grandfather's Case D tractor, same as the one you rescued. Would you be interested in selling the D? I really want to replace the one that burnt
