I'm 64 and I can swim a mile in 40 minutes and lift weights twice a week. At 85 he is a great inspiration to never stop working out!

Wow. The majority of people your age are either in a wheel chair or planted in the ground waiting for the second coming of Jesus Christ so that the dead in Christ might rise. You're crushing it dude. I can do a mile in the water too but it requires a speed boat.

I'm turning 60 this year I have been in the gym 35 yrs I did good in the inba natural and this year I'm going to a bigger show I'm going to be like this great older bodybuilder one day.

If you start young, like he probably did and I did as well I started working out at age 17, I can guarantee you can do it and look just like that way up in age. I'm 62, I take no steroids either and for those that are old enough to remember Jack Lalane, him and his wife worked out till their early 90s. Start early and if you start say in your 40s or 50s keep doing it. He's not the only 80yr old who looks like he's in his 50s now a days.

Thats a fucking ROUGH 50s if you think he looks like that

Yes but this guy did take steroids look how much of a jacked body builder he used to be..That ain't natural..Faur play to you though...Plus he has had heart surgeries etc.
@tonycollazorappo Жыл бұрын
@@NB-sq7ui , I didn't know, it's a shame then. Steroids are a big no-no. I say do it clean and natural.

People these days are Living longer and stronger due to the knowledge we now know about the human body that wasn't available in previous generations
@jays25513 жыл бұрын
kinda. i mean you're right, definitely, but it's also a confluence of many other factors. medicine, for example, has improved dramatically over the past couple generations alone. so, that in combination with a healthy lifestyle is definitely increasing life expectancy, at least in countries where medicine and healthy foods are widely available and accessible

I love Arthur but why the hell is he wearing a mask while lifting? If he believes in masks that much why is he not wearing a mask when being interviewed? Do not wear a mask when exercising especially when lifting!
