Spot on regarding Aeon. As a foreigner you’d think shopping mall is a dying thing but not in Japan.

My wife, who is from Japan, would love something like this. She keeps pushing me to find something in Japan to buy, but I keep telling her that we don't want something too expensive since we would only be there a few months each year. We own a 2700 sq ft home with 5 bedrooms and 3 bath for us and our 3 children in Las Vegas. She likes the space, but it is a lot to take care of and not something she has ever been very comfortable with.

Why don't you just get a small apartment?... Concrete building. And the monster you're not there. Just lock it up. Shut the breaker

フェニックスさんコメントありがとうございます。 There's a car dealership we covered on our car channel that's called Joy Phoenix... Has a bunch of flames in their brand name... Hope you're joyful in Phoenix today...😅😅😅 Thanks from Bruce

3 Bedrooms and only 1 bathroom... not many westerners would be interested in this I feel.

Unless of course it's just an individual moving in.

Yeah. Having only one full bath always gets me, but totally normal in Japan. Almost zero ensuite bathrooms either.

Japanese family can move into this unit. With a mortgage payment of 30,000 yen a month. Raise your family with no pressure. You can go enjoy the baseball game on the weekend.... And you can take your car there cuz you have parking at home... You can't think as a Westerner when you're getting into the Japanese marketplace. That's not going to help you...@@CheapPropertyJapan
