Being a detroit fan I’ve always hated pierzynski because I grew up with him on Chicago. This is the reason why I love this KZbin channel, you get to see who the person really is

They showed a quick clip of him getting thrown out of a spring training game by Joe West when he was with Atlanta. That was one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen watching baseball. 😂

Never have heard AJ interviewed. It was refreshing to hear a fellow GenXer with such fond recollections of the Price is Right during sick days and how cool it was to watch it. And the Bronco II brings back memories. I was driving a 1980 Plymouth Champ myself.

I think my favourite AJ moment was when he framed an intentional pass. The guy was so much fun to watch, at least when he was on my team (White Sox) anyway

As a royals fan I couldn’t stand seeing him all those years he was Minniesstoa/whitesoxs! He definitely had that “ enforcers” personality of a NHL. I love him as a broadcaster and storyteller! I would listen to his stories all day long about baseball life!

29:00 Ted Barrett is a good dude. Goes to my church in Queen Creek. Sun Valley. Even had him featured one service about his life as an umpire crew chief.

Before this interview, I legitimately did not like Pierzynski for how pompous he came off on tv as a broadcaster. After this interview, I can say that I was wrong and he’s actually a really cool/chill person. Really great interview, Rosey!

1996 Mariners trade David Ortiz. 1997 Mariner trade Jason Varitek and Derek Lowe. Oucha. I still wouldn't even consider those the worst trade in the franchise history.

Interesting interview indeed. But AJ claiming that the pitch was a ball when he got ejected as Boston’s catcher….I think it has to be him being very sarcastic. It’s about 1/2’ wide and 1/2’ outside. If it was sarcasm he delivered it well.

At 15:26…. And not 1/2’ high when pausing the vid at right time. But still clearly outside. Great nonchalant sarcasm on AJ’s part.

AJ Pierzynski is so full of shit about A-Rod. He's fine with the cheater he golfs win and the one he played with, but not with the one he clearly doesn't like. His logic is ridiculous, you don't think Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens knew taking steroids was wrong? If that's true, why did Barry Bonds get charged with perjury?
