Yep I hear ya...not a pink fan here either but this color combo hits just right for me! I do love the deep jewel tone pinks...it's the lighter ones that I have a super tough time with.

I somehow created a cloud mix using SAX Titanium White, Flood Floetrol and lots of water.

Yeah that can absolutely happen. Mely D used a recipe similar. The high water content allows for the paint to spread and get a cloudy like effect. How did it dry? Sometimes you will get cracking or undesirable effects if don't add a pm of sorts to combat that.

Thanks for popping in! The boards I use are MDF. Smaller ones are available at www.fluid-art.co You can also buy MDF in sheets at home Depot and have them cut. Or I've gotten some from Michaels. One side looks like wood so I flip it over and use the backside. I also use round canvases from Hobby Lobby

I get it from Blick or overseas. Unfortunately, it's been out of stock for ages. I ordered mine in April and didn't receive it until June of this year. You just have to order it and wait for it to be shipped....or you can just use the satin enamel.

No I wouldn't call it purple. It actually has a violet shift on the angle. So pink base...violet shift. I'll post a dried video today so you can see what I'm talking about!

Love all your cloud pours! You've inspired me to try these, too. But, I'm having trouble getting the TLPs to be thick enough, even after adding the Sax. Should I just add less floetrol? Thanks!

Hi!! Make sure you have a tube paint consistency when you add the gel gloss. ....then add floetrol a little at a time then mix ...check your consistency thwn adjust from there.

No you have to use the Vallejo pearl medium with either artist loft soft body white or Amsterdam white.
