Yet he is not exactly a normal goody two shoes politician. He’s an extremist who upholds his ideals. Should ever the situation comes where he need to give up his ideals, he would rather die or destroy the world no doubt. An extremist is more dangerous than a normla corrupt politician.

Dude is kinda a mad man. But it actually makes sense. He seems to be in the vein of people like Lenin, Gandhi and Sun Yat Sen. Oh wow. Yes i think that fit perfectly. All of them are leaders that people willingly follow because of their insistence on the purity of their ideals. There is a certain madness to that actually and a powerful one. People like these existed. So not exactly a far fetch character. Liu Bei of Three Kingdom, George Washington and Lincoln are some other examples. Fascinating all these historic figures only exists due to the tyranny of their previous ruler. Ahhh i love 86 to bits. Ernst feel like a condensed ver of all these historic figure.

86 is the most beautiful anime I've ever watched. Both season has its own charisma. Such beauty and storyline touched my heart. The horror of war and its discrimination along with it, this portraited very well. I'm waiting for season 3, and I hope it does comes out. Because this masterpiece should be animated.
