מודה אני לפניך / Modeh Ani Lefanecha
I am grateful to You
מלך חי וקיים / Melech Chai Vekayam
King, Alive and Everlasting
שהחזרת בי נשמתי בחמלה / Shehechezarta Bi Nishmasi Bechemla
That You have returned my soul to me with mercy
רבה אמונתך / Raba Emunasecha
How abundant is Your faith
This short prayer contains within it a deep secret of daily renewal, an awakening with praise, hope, deep purpose and contentment. This visualization meditation guides the listener to an experience of this secret.

Eleazar, I participate in a Jewish meditation group on Shabbat morning. Your meditations are our favorites, by far. Thank you so much. This morning, I was thinking about eating some unhealthy food in between meals, but for the first time, I asked myself if there is something else I could try to do instead. I listened to your recent offering, Modeh: Awakening With Praise which we had listened to in our group. This is the spiritual food I needed, nothing else. Interesting that I began with my hands facing down gently on my lap and ended with them facing up, not on purpose; they just do that sometimes. Energy! Thank you for all you do and are.
