I love each interview that I have had the pleasure of watching. My appetite for such lessons is voracious. The interviews reminds me of "Inside the Actors Studio" another series that I loved. Thank you for your work Dr. Thomas it is appreciated.

Just wanted to correct you Pastor on the record for fastest pitcher, Aroldis Chapman Currently, Aroldis Chapman holds the record for the fastest recorded pitch in the history of major league baseball at a speed of 105.1 mph. He has also thrown a pitch that reached 106 mph in a different game, but this speed has been disputed, so the current record sits at 105.1 mph.

That is true, but that’s of 1988. Besides he’s Cuban! More important is that in 1948 speed was subjective. It’s more about what batters thought of him instead of the record keeping or lack thereof.
