Amazing progress. I love your videos. I've got an 89 Prelude and these videos are motivating me to fix it up too :-D

I need to ask why you rebuilt the engine inside the car. Would it be easier to build it on a stand. And the new nuts and bolts that are gold and new studs how did you know what size to order. Did you also sandblast the exhaust manifold.. because no rust. Thanks
@ChannelMAsk Жыл бұрын
1. Because I don’t have the stand. Yes, much easier to build on the stand. 2. Those are just normal M6,M8,M10 bolts & nuts to buy from hardware store. 3. Watch my other video in my channel to see how I remove manifold rust. But I made a mistake. Don’t spray the that sliver paint, it fade out later with the high heat. May be it’s because I didn’t use primer. I would only spray thick clear coat if I do it again.

I need to replace my fan censers kept on blowing event the engine is cold . Where the censers located ? Need help pls
@ChannelMAsk Жыл бұрын
One sensor on the fan. The other sensor at the thermostat housing. Check the manual. Suggest use oem sensors. All my new aftermarket sensors are not operating at right temperature. End up I still need to use my old sensors.

I’ve just finished my rebuild and I get a random and intermittent grinding sound for a split second every now and then when it’s running, do you have any idea what this could be, or have you experienced this? It seems to be coming from under the valve cover

@@ChannelMAsk I've done an extensive check since writing that comment, turns out my alternator belt was loose and was slapping against the timing belt tensioner bolt
