Awesome haul ! Holy moly those Nikes you found are really a rare find ! I have 1 savers I just started going to 45 min away got 16 pairs yesterday for $9 each !! Tuesday is 30% off for seniors I’m turning 60 Sunday ! Unfortunately the next closest savers after that I’ve is another hour further away 2 of their locations never reopened after covid . Only brand I’ve been passing on is Reebok in your video

I also love selling shoes. I get a ton at the bins. Here in SoCal the Goodwill's and SA's price up shoes. Those Nike's (the SB's and the AF1) here in my county would be priced around $80-120. Yes. That's a Goodwill price. Found a New looking Hoka One One Bondi (Men's) and turned it over to check the price and $80. Clever with the coupon! This might be worth venturing into LA/OC to shop at Savers with that type of coupon

Shoes are my favorite things to sell! My stores can be very pricey too, but it's still the first section I check in the thrift stores because I can inevitably find SOMETHING that's priced well enough for me to flip :)

Goodwill is a total ripoff when it comes to shoes. Gone are the days when it costs 2.99. Goodwill is supposed to be helping the poor and needy. All they are interested in nowadays is making a buck. Since resellers are out there they are pricing the shoes ridiculously high with OBVIOUS flaws. Cant they see the shoes are falling apart at the toe and sides and they still have the nerve to price them at 12.99 and up. What gives?

Great haul! How do you keep track of your inventory costs? Do you do cost averaging on each buy trip, and keep them in separate bags/containers and mark the container with COGs? When you do another haul with a higher cost average (say $12 each) then are those kept separate from the $9 shoes? Thanks for sharing another great video!

So I used to do it exactly how you just mentioned, but as I started sourcing more, it became very stressful to keep everything organized. So now I just keep track of the # of units I buy each month, as well as the total buy cost, giving me an average cost per pair per month. Then I just keep track of how many items sell each month. So multiplying the number of units sold by the average cost per pair that month, will give me my COGS each month.
