Lacy’s expertises and confidence while demonstrating each task is so refreshing, so fortunate to find your site. The paint scheme would make any waterfowl hunter envious. Sites, stock, hammer spring, carrier spring in the trigger group demonstrate your understanding for critical reliability. Each of your explanations are concise and to the point. Big head safety important when sneaking on game or intruder. 870 still bomb proof....

It's about damn time I see someone spray paint using the "right" technique! Usually I see folks just paint it like they're scribbling in a coloring book page with a crayon, and it always looks uneven while it dries! That 870 turned out looking real well!

I've done very similar "builds" on turkey guns, although I don't get the pleasure of meeting the Dragon Man. This video is a great how-to guide if someone is considering it, and has her skills/tools. My thought was "she just built a Border Patrol model for about half the MSRP of one" if that means anything to someone.

What brand rear sight is that with the pic rail? Did it work well with sighting it in with only having the front bead sight? I have the same barrel with the bead sight on the small pedestal and was under the impression that rear sights would sit too high to work correctly. Great video and awesome looking build!!
