We'll done, Evan. Love the period fixtures intact. It's easy now with the internet to find things that need restoration. There are several places in the Washington area that have salvaged materials, fireplace surrounds, light fixtures, period tile. Saddens to think...they'd never had known the lovely backyard. Just wasn't known. Might have had a few chickens though. And ...ahem..outdoor privy. Original ironwork, mantels, newel posts....incredible.
