That film proves you don't need a drone to be good. Thanks for inspiration!

Yep agree, totally inappropriate clothing for this ride. They look like Pro riders who have got lost.

Das war einer unserer ersten Bikepacking Trips und wir haben sicher nicht optimal gepackt. Allerdings waren die Temperaturen auch zwischen -2 und 25°C.

Why is it that all bikepackers seem to be in a great rush?
@ericguentherhofmann61093 жыл бұрын
@@shihtzuexpert3142 They cannot socialze with the locals, only the challenge seems to be important
@8barBIKES Жыл бұрын
We were also socializing with locals of course. We were (a bit) in a rush, because we booked our return flights already and thought that it would be more easy to do 100km/ day before we have been there.

Because we were camping outside and the temperature was between -2 and 25°C.

Let me add to 8-bar's response, as I just got back from biking Morocco: 1) Because you never know what you need. (For example, I brought a water filtration system and 25' piece of string to get water from wells, but never needed them, as I was able to always buy bottled water, when I needed it. (I also carried more water than they seem to be carrying.)) 2) Some things you bring you will not need. (My bike is old, my spoke lengths are uncommon. So I need to travel with different-length extra spokes. I also need to travel with hardware to remove the cassette cluster, if a rear spoke on that side breaks. I've never needed this hardware, but if I do some day, it won't be available in the towns and villages near where I'm biking.) 3)They're traveling with camera equipment (probably more than the iPhone I traveled with.) They seem to be traveling pretty light...
