For me, the terror begins when Henry tells you that this isn’t the first time the game show has been “bankrupt.” You start to get the feeling that these monsters will get away with this wicked plot. Then when you see the live chat full of anonymous commenters, it starts to sink in that you won’t escape. This has been done before, and you’re just a couple thousand dollars these psychos are gambling away. And the build up to the Hexa boss battle was perfect, because if you paid attention to The Other Ones board, you’d realize that this is where your journey is meant to end. This game is actually incredible, and I’m so happy it’s gotten the success it deserves

To me, Finding Frankie is interesting at best, but honestly the absolute weakest out of the bunch, when compared to something like FNaF (the older games), Poppy Playtime or even Indigo Park. I'm a big fan of those kinds of games and that's why I view Finding Frankie as just kind of weak in comparison. Also, you are forgetting that game development is highly subjective, even though there are certain things that are good and bad to do. All that to say: I disagree with you on the whole comment quite heavily. Really, it's trying to make something subjective to sound as though it's objective, which doesn't really work out for you.

I can't explain it, but I feel like FNAF Security Breach should have been like this game! I don't know why I'm relating these 2 works, but it's something I feel, maybe the mascots, the "horror" style, the exploration, anyway, I feel like this game got the use of colors and the setting right, while in Security Breach... it seemed so out of place, at least the DLC fixed it a bit. This game is very good, I agree with Ryan, I hope a sequel comes to life.

This game has to be one of my absolute favorites in the mascot horror genre, and a perfect example of it done RIGHT. I feel like what gets a lot of mascot horror games is the devs falling back on genre cliches and not really thinking outside the box, but this one subverts nearly every pitfall: the parkour gameplay really hasn’t been done in a horror game before and gives the chases some awesome energy, the story is original, and the twists throughout are genuinely things I didn’t expect at all but made perfect sense in context. More developers need to take these risks and experiment with the genre because when it works, it works GREAT.
