8cm Height Increase Insoles for Men (any good?

These height insoles can go up to 8cm tall or about 3 inches. Today I gave them a try to see if they were any good.
Personally, after walking in them for a couple of hours, I personally would go two levels which would give me about 2.5 inches of height instead of the 3 inches because I found that they were more stable and 3 inches were a little wobbly.
Having said that, they weren't the most comfortable and if I were to go with comfort, I believe, I would go with an elevator shoe instead.

Im 5 11 barefoot . And i use a inch lift in my sneakers which also add the extra inch . And i typically stand at around 6ft 1 inches. But if i had those lifts in this video.. id be 6 3 or 6 4

Are you sure this is 8cm? I have the insoles from Amazon and the fully 4 layers gives 4.3cm. Rob Paul of CelebHeights did a measurement vidoe of the exact amount each layer would give you.

Around 2-2.5 inches tbh! everyone is different.

I'd say max 2 layers / 1.4inch and even then it doesnt really feel comfortable but u can get used to it.
