Three years ago i was diagnosed with severe depression and major anxiety, i recovered. however, the shadow of the past sometimes still haunts me, when i am very exhausted, in moments of panic, when i calm down a little, i turn on meditative music and remember again what keeps me here on this earth. my inner little fire, art, love, cartoons and movies that raised me, they gave me love that i never had from anyone. i want... i want to do something beautiful with my fire, i want to keep my fire of art and love and give it to people who lack it, this is the only thing i live for. let it be stupid, naive and childish, let me live in isolation for a long time as a child, and know little about the world - my dream is to grow this fire in other hearts.

@Smartsometimes weirdly enough, i remember watching a video that had the end result that alot of Palestinians had found the instrumentals of songs that in the US were felt to be sad, as cheerful sounding. It's quite interesting how things like that turn out. But if we're cutting into an artistic side to things- To me, this sounds more like waiting on something but without knowing what you're waiting on. Tired, odd combination of restlessness and relaxation during early morning, sometime during the calmness of the blue hour of dawn. maybe in winter. Atleast that's the kind of feeling I get that paints such a picture for me. Though I do feel the openness a tad, I think of a desert when it comes to that but I have abit of a bias for deserts. Ima finish up on the toilet now. Have a nice day.

This particular choice is extremely calming. Calmed down the CPTSD in about 15 minutes in. With the anxiety diminished, I am now able to complete a simple, but what WAS a dreaded errand. Versed in CBT, DBT. Sometimes when the CPTSD gets out of control and skills are not working at the moment, I look for what might help. In this case the bilateral stimulation greatly helped.

This means that stress and anxiety is causing your body to tense. We tend to scrunch our shoulders in these cases. Some people tense their whole body. love this soothing sound for studying but gets irritating soon enough due to the repeated loop. If it varied between a few different similar loops after say 5 or 10 minutes that would be perfect!
