Yep, the impression I have is that Cai Bing is equating experience with leadership, which is a common mentality on Asian countries, but in reality is a totally different skill set from dancing, singing or even building choreos. We don’t feel that much cause usually even with a leader there’s a company behind a group taking care of everything but in a competition you have to be more practical about your choices.

全員がダヨンちゃんとビーンちゃんのリーダーを経験するという時間の分け方じゃなくて、ダヨンちゃんチームとビーンちゃんチームで人数を分ける方法にしたのかな？ ダヨンちゃんが最初に一人でダンスのフォーメーションを整理して、その間は各自でダンスを練習して、整理が出来たら全員にフォーメーションと細かいダンスの調整を指示してるんですかね。 整理の時間にどれくらいかかっているのか解らないけど、誰も焦ってないし｢効率が良かった｣って言われてるのが凄いなぁ✨ ビーンちゃんは整理せずにその場で全員を動かしながら指示するから、自分が混乱してて、皆は自主練も出来ずにグダグダの指示を見ながら不安と焦りが積み上がっていったんですね。

She’s faster in o.o.o, made mistakes in helicopter, hypt, her rap in hylt was off-putting like she was the main rapper but the team’s energy really went down when it’s her turn. I don’t know where she got all that confidence “I was able to lead salute team to victory so I would be able to do it better this time”. It seems like she’s totally oblivious of her ability as an idol and leader. Self-awareness is important y’all.

I’m glad that Cai bing gave up her leader position. She realized that she lacks at leadership which is ok! It’s hard to be leader especially in a huge group. I’m also glad dayeon is getting more recognition and even got a higher ranking in K group.
