The new replacement ammeter I got for mine is a post type(black bezel)instead of loop and required enlarging the hole in the dash by a small amount. The new oil gauge dropped right in. Some of the parts made today require a little modification, another is the 1-3/8 PTO conversion. It is a tight fit into the differential housing which requires a little grinding with a Dremel or die grinder.

When replacing a manual oil gauge make sure to blow the line out to make sure it's clear makes a world of difference
