@@johnnytorres277 yes, correct BUT those are "business's" with the correct insurance, AND a business license while also paying tax to the govt either federal or state as this is considered Lodging. I am not sure if just renting out a pool is the same. A lawyer would know more about this than I would. This is still risky, IMO and what happens when someone needs to use the bathroom, especially kids? unless they have a outside bathroom/ changing room? Either way, very good point.
