Thank you so much for the effort to help us all! Living with a broken stove, I've been looking for something to take care of most of my low level cooking. Ordered the OL500 (6.5 QT). Maybe this will up my game a little. Love cabbage! I'll be coming back to this one once my unit comes in. Again, thanks for the easy to understand, simple recipes.

For steam the valve should be on vent or sealing?

The manual didn't require any position but normally it would be vent though, we are not building pressure

I looove cabbage, this looks absolutely delicious... But Doug...I have the Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker & Crisper..so would there big a great difference in power level & timing?? Oh Lord! When you took that bite I could almost taste it... I’d appreciate a reply! 😊
