Sir, Main 2022 mein Own Request Discharge gyaa tha . Mujhe OROP toh nhi milega but, 8 CPC mere par implement hoga na Sir. Please Confirm.

All cases are now being challenged and appeal filed by MoD in High court

All AFT cases are being challanged in High Court. You will get a notice from MoD, soon
