It is a good step and Govt should think abt pvt sector.I can give 2 examples here 1. One is my friend who lives in Haryana and he is in Electricity Dept J.E he literally says there is no work .We sleep in offices by having a cooler.. 2. There is 1 other one friend of mine whose father is in BSNL in heavy package around 1 lac per month and he many times told that his father has said many times in home that he just sign the register. There is no productivity in Govt Sector. You can ask a Pvt employee earning only 10 to 20k how much pressure he or she handles. This is high time Govt should think abt Privatization only ..

I agree with performance increment. But! Expenditure burden? Muje samaj nahi ata agar government 10 saal baad ye commission layi jati hai to burden kaisa? ye pehle hi plan kar dena cahiye. Private me to bahut gandi halat hai janvaro ke tarah kaam karke bhi increment asi hoti hai ki inflation ko bhi meet nahi kar pati koi regulations nahi hai ki employees ko benefit de sake.

Like I'm not happy with my job...
