That's the best version of this broadcast I've seen so far. The NIST version obtained from Silverstein is unwatchable due to constant audio-volume drops. Could you please upload the DVD video on Archive?

737 and 767 looks similar at a distance. Up close a hell of of difference. Just remember what was happening at the time

People at the time had no knowledge of airplanes. Many said it was a 727 or 737. Few had any knowledge of a 767.

The only reason I can say what I have is because I was a fueler at a International Airport. The difference between the 737 and the 727 is day and night. But Anyway, I was told to stop fueling aircraft and go back to the shack we had . Watching aircraft land one at a time and watching flight after flight land at our airport.

I've watched hundreds of hours of different broadcasts from national to local. Many of the anchors were "cool, calm and collected,"... kinda lacking emotion for the insanity unfolding before then. One lady almost seemed irked that this would coat them time getting home. This female anchor (Marshs?) had me gripped just repeating "oh my gosh...oh ...oh no my gosh...oh ... Very human. Kelly Ripa was on with Regis live and she too was visibly very badly shaken and scared. Imagine Jessica Savage (RIP) reporting this. Incredible coverage
