9-2-5: The Halo of the Strange [Karate cover]

Last video (out of three) from my former cover band 9-2-5 as part of a little AI-aided audio restoration project. I separated the vocal from the instrumental track. And had AI filter out as much crowd noise as possible on both tracks before joining them again. My camera was positioned half way the venue near the bar; so the original recording had quite a lot of crowd noise.
At the time (2012) I was using a Zoom Q3HD camera with great stereo audio. But abysmal video quality in low light circumstances. Consumer AI has not yet been developed enough to tackle this.
Sometimes we liked to play something more obscure. Like this cover from post-hardcore gone jazz-rock band Karate from Boston. A favourite of our drummer. I enjoyed playing this bass line a lot.
