Great advice that you gave! I normally start my morning with a light hearted podcast that makes me laugh as I get ready. I guess I didn’t realize that I do enjoy getting ready lol but I would like to switch it up and do something different for myself in the mornings 💡

Not office related but working the hotel industry is similar to that as well, thinking of work or what u didn’t do at the time and stuff. Don’t get me wrong work is great sometimes it’s just to much as well.
