Semmanto Santo H2O have two L.P. but it make only one coordinate bond with central metal. so it has 1 dentisity

It depends on the type of ligand. If the ligand is very strong, then the electrons would pair up, and would leave empty orbitals for bonding or accepting lone pairs. But if the ligands are weak, then the electrons wouldn't pair together. And then we have to move on to the next orbitals.
