9.8 hp Mercury 110 Outboard and Points Cleaning and Gap

We bought this cheap 9.8 hp motor from someone's barn. We did not check the compression or if it even runs. So we started from the ground up and are trying to get it to run. We check the compression, spark plugs, and have to fix the pull start. We also show you how to clean the points. We have no idea if it starts, so follow along with us!
