I can’t believe someone would tell you your last video was boring. First of all, that is rude. Second, stop watching if you are bored. I found it informative, as is this video. I love that you are doing this series. I’m a relative beginner and love seeing the detailed instructions. I appreciate all the time this takes you! Thank you! 🤗🤗

Same! I’ve spent the last three days starting from the beginning of this scrap buster series-and paused Bc I went back to the 6x6in6 and then came back to actually finish this series-and I’m either enthralled or just peacefully enjoying watching someone create while I create 😂

Thank you, I was going to say the same. Why is it so hard for people to just move on if they don't like something? I don't get what was not to like but oh, well. To each their own but no need to be rude. I am going to watch this series from the beginning as I only started from a few episodes in the middle. It's always helpful to have ideas to get rid of scraps.

I totally agree with everything you have said. Some people are just born rude. They would rather insult someone for no reason than click off and go watch something else. I find allow her tutorials amazing. I have learnt so so so much from them. I love watching and following along. Ive not once found any of her tutorials boring in any way shape of form. She's so amazing. ❤

I’m not a “newbie” but I still gets lots of inspiration and good instruction from you. You’re a gem to put these series together and I watch and enjoy every video. I am loving this journal. Ordered Nuvo and wow!! Love it. Put a pocket down and said , well I will be careful enough to put Nuvo on and work on the next page. I have lost count of the number of times I have touched it or even put my arm on the wet Nuvo, but I still love it. Lesson learned because now I have a journal that I can't turn the page and continue to work. Thank you so much for the inspiration!

I know I am late to this party, but I just wanted to say I find all your videos educational, and knowledgeable, I love all the helpful hints, tips, and hacks you share. I am such a fan of your channel and I share your videos and name with everyone I think might be interested in your content. About the box dilemma, I look in my dollar tree store for a thick cardboard gift box or tin in the size I need. I put my folios, or journals in them and tie them shut with some pretty lace, silk, or anything that fits the feel of the journal. I then put the box in a plastic bag and then the bag in a bubble envolop. Works perfect every time. Thanks for all the work and time you spend on helping us. I have learned so, so much from you.

Love watching you work. MAILERS- You can go onto usps website and order their padded mailers, (they are free but need to be pre ordered and delivered in my area anyway) but the ones I got are probably too big for these mini journals. I have used the padded mailers a lot for mailing my homemade soaps to customers and a few journals and many happy mails. I love the padded envelopes and you can also use extra bubble wrap if you feel it needs it and or cardboard scraps to add stability. The padded envelopes are by far my favorite way to go. Another thing I’ve learned is to get the padded envelopes that are the plastic not the ones that have a paper layer on the outside. They get through any bad weather better. I also had a friend who had a cookbook that she sold and the post office was “losing” many of her purchased cookbooks. She found that the brightly colored plastic bubble wrap envelopes got “lost” way less! So to summarize... yes bubble wrap envelopes that are brightly colored are the best way to mail!! If you have plain bubble wrap envelopes that you have already purchased, grab a sharpie and doodle all over it and “brighten” it up so you don’t have to deal with any losing of packages. Sometimes I just make hearts all over in different colors of sharpie and it looks adorable and gets to it’s new home. Hope that made some sense and let me know if u need more help!

Unbelievable how rude people can be. In no way was your video boring, but then if you look at the likes compared to the dislike you can see there are only 2 people who have a miserable life! Keep doing what you do Cori, we love you 🥰🥰🥰

Hello Cori! Firstly - I’m a ‘ 65er as well (twins, haha). I think I’ll collect anything that says ‘65, September and/or 30. That’s a great theme idea. I made both versions of your 4x3 minis and I love them, they are adorable. I wrapped a piece of fabric around for the closure and then I sewed a jump ring in the middle of the ‘bow’ and added three little bead dangles. The closure just slides on and off. I’ll send you a picture. A couple of years ago I bought magnets from Amazon.ca - 100 magnets measuring 5mm in diameter and 1mm thick. They are surprisingly very strong for tiny magnets and when I use them in journals, I pair them up with a thin washer. 😘

That circle punch that sticks, try punching some wax paper to make it slide easier, I also sharpen my punches with either cooking foil or very fine wet and dry sandpaper. I’m new to junk journals so finding your idea journal a great starting point!

I’ve been lucky and all the journals mailed in envelopes have arrived safely. I still prefer the small boxes, but Tyvek envelopes with chipboard to sandwich the journal has worked.

Got your name from Gayle Agostinelli, she mentioned how you use tiny skinny strips... saw that video and loved it! Love this one too, I'm very much into using scraps👍 I use the same little white bottles for my glue and also found that the little tops get in the way. But you can remove it completely! Unscrew the top and take it off but don't cut it off. I've seen someone do that and it's just asking to get lost! Leave the top on the "thread" and the ring at the other end. You can then just slip the ring over the top of the bottle or just let it dangle🙂. I hope this is making sense. Thanks for sharing all your neat ideas, I'm a fan!😄

Thank you Cori😁I always get ideas and inspiration from your videos! I love using a tuck as a closure. I was wondering how to get that semi circular hole lol. I use painters tape but destickify it on my pants 😄. Super cute book 😍. Eva from bohemian crafting uses 1 magnet then something magnetic to hold it. She uses everything from pull tabs from food tins to batteries! I found out the little metal wick holder in candles are magnetic for lighter things. Oh, I put my Collal in those bottles and just hook my pinky finger around the rubber top thingy and it keeps it out the way. Love hearing your thought process 😁. Lol I knew a guy called I.Askew 😄. I'm thinking you could sandwich the album between card then slide into the padded envelope maybe. Thanks for all your sharing 💖

Someone said that your video was boring?! That really chafes my hide. The entitlement of people today! You are a very patient, methodical teacher and I appreciate that! Those other people weren't paying attention in school when the teacher told them to sit quietly and wait if they already knew this part. Nevermind, Cori, you're a star and they're just jealous. Seriously, though, you might think you're taking longer to explain something than other youtubers would, but then there's a reason you have a lot of fans, and I think it's precisely because you take longer to go over all the little details and tricks and tips. You don't miss anything or gloss over anything, and a lot of people appreciate that. So there.

Hi Cori, There are padded envelopes with gussets that I mail my books in now. Seems to work fine as I have followed up with my friends for feedback. I buy the 5 envelope pkg from Amazon so you might try that first before you commit to a change. Hope this helps, Love your channel. Thanks, Sandy

I have watched you for 2 days and haven't found ANYTHING boring..... You are truly a great teacher. Thank you so much for your knowledge and your time. To help with tape that is too sticky, you can stick it do jeans or material and it will pick up lint but still works and is less sticky. Tab and tag video was not boring. That punch that is sticking you can try and revive it by punching aluminum foil I have had it work on that type of punch to sharpen it.

I got a real cool book with just art of buildings in Budapest . with this really cool spiderweb embossed tissue paper in-between each drawing , the tissue paper is thicker than regular tissue paper but not vellum . no copyright on it or date anywhere . then i found a Sherlock Holmes with illustrations so I traded it for my Sherlock Holmes book . so 4 books for 4 bucks . =)

You're mini book looks like a traveler's journal, long and skinny! I love the tip on starting down a bit to sew on the book so no loose end at top or bottom. Does the Reptile Glue come with the little bottle? BTW if you are tired of answering my questions, I totally understand. Thanks for teaching me so much! I learn at least 1 thing, usually much more, during each of your videos! I love your videos! Thanks for sharing!
