Piltover, and other related econs that are base off of loss streaks, are a bit rough to balance and play. Trying to preserve some modicum of health while guaranteeing a loss streak is an extremely rough balance. By the time you hit the higher levels of the trait you're highly unlikely to have the health to make use of it. Fortune was decent with this in that when you hit the later version of the comp you could swap to winstreak and still make use of the trait Imo, I think that some sort of system where HP loss is incorporated into it somehow would be best. That way, a random win because someone's super weak in the lobby doesn't cost you. However, it can't be fully based off of HP lost because that will just tell people to open fort with it It might be worthwhile to have a trait that gains "stacks" as you go a certain length of time without a winstreak (ie, 2 wins in a row). That way you can still play it and not have to be the absolute weakest in the lobby Swap it from a loss streak to not having a win streak. It's a slight change but I think it'd do a lot for such traits
