9 "Dirge" new song for Voice and Orchestra by Bruce Turner

New song for Voice and Orchestra: "Dirge" (means a song that laments death).
WHEN READING THE SCORE, go to full screen and click "HD." It will be quite readable. This is song 9 from a set of "Nine Songs About Death, for Voice and Orchestra." (Voice is contralto, alto, or mezzo soprano). Other than the text, all work is original. This is the finale of the song cycle, and incorporates many of the motifs introduced in these previous songs. At the end, the voice repeats over and over "home." Because once life is over, the soul goes home. This presentation via video was done through the software "Score Folio." The recording was under my direction through Ron at Ravel Studios in New York. The work should go for publishing at Universal Editions when totally completed, which should be very soon.
