You can eat what you want everyday! Stop food terrorism! It’s not the type of meal that makes you fat, it’s the calories surplus that makes you fat! If you eat the same things everyday, you’ll probably cheat on yourself on the weekend, if you eat what you want everyday in the right proportions, you’ll have much better results in the long time with no need of “cheat” meals.

@@romeyrome32 Yes skinny people get diabetes, kidney failure, Heart Attack etc. Im in currently doing intermittent fasting and It has really changed my life; I do a low carb diet and fast for 20+plus Horus eating two times a day ( sometimes one). Of course i allow my self to have some ICE Creamy or cake but it's not everyday, during the week a have basically zero sugar and very low carb ( i do cheat meals too anyways but once a week). Look for guys like Dr Berg or Dr Sten Ekberg on KZbin i learned a lot from them

If they only knew...My brother does something similar to what you do. He eats little to no sugar, low carbs, has a smoothie or protein shake in the morning then eats one meal a day. It works for him.
