It's hard to believe that those customers aren't online. I understand the different sales practices and if you get your clients in person, then having a physical lead magnet isn't a bad way to go either

You'll put a link to your landing page in your KZbin description - once someone is on your email list you can send them the lead magnet as the first welcome email

Should you create a lead magnet or your main product first? When you create a questionnaire, are you having them answer the questions so they can figure it out themselves? And what questions are you supposed to ask them?

I would always for the lead magnet first. Start building your list as soon as possible and you can use your lead magnet as a learning experience for interest in your courses topic. For the questions they will answer them themselves. You don't want to be involved in the lead magnet itself so it needs to stand on it's own.... Hope that helps!
